During the current Corona Virus outbreak we reserve the right to not carry out work anywhere that we consider to offer a threat of contamination, please inform us before arrival, if anyone that we may come into contact with has any cold or flu like symptoms.

All items that are to be moved need to be clearly labelled including where they are to be put at the delivery address.

 

All items to be moved need to be clean.

 

If we are not happy that things are clean, we will not move them.

 

Payment is due at the end of the job, by cash or card, the machine will be cleaned after every use.

 

If one of us develops symptoms, we will call and cancel the job. Obviously, if you need to cancel for similar reasons, there will be no cancellation charge.

 

We will not move anything that we consider to be too heavy or too dangerous, we do not move hazardous materials.

 

We do not carry passengers in the van.

 

We will not enter loft spaces.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange parking for the van, as close as possible to the collection & delivery address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being delivered will fit through doors, up stairs and into the area in which they are to be placed
